Because all Soullora products are digital downloads, we have a no-refund policy on completed purchases.
Here’s why, and what we’ll do if something goes wrong.
Why We Don’t Offer Refunds
Digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned. Once you’ve downloaded your file, the transaction is complete. This is standard for digital product shops and allows us to keep prices fair for everyone.
What We Will Do
We stand behind everything in our shop. If any of the following happen, email us at hello@soullora.com within 7 days of purchase:
- Your download link doesn’t work. We’ll fix it immediately or send the file directly.
- You received the wrong file. We’ll send the correct one, no questions asked.
- The file is corrupted or won’t open. We’ll send a fresh copy in a format that works for you.
- The product is materially different from its description. We’ll work with you to make it right, up to and including a store credit for a future purchase.
Before You Buy
Please read product descriptions carefully and review any preview images before purchasing. If you have a question about whether a product is right for you, email us before you buy – we’re happy to help.
Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback without contacting us first, we will provide your bank with the download records as evidence of delivery. We’d much rather resolve any issue directly – please reach out.
